Salted Carmel Bundt Cake
Ingredients for Cake

2 1/2 cups all purpose Flour

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 eggs beaten

2 sticks softened butter unsalted

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 cup milk
-
3/4 cup half and half
-
1/3 cup salted caramel
Ingredients for Salted Caramel

1 cup granulated Sugar
-
½ cup heavy or light cream
-
3 tablespoons Salted butter
-
½ teaspoon Salt
Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar with 1/4 cup cold water and stir to mix well. Cook until the sugar turns amber brown about 10 minutes. Cool completely before using in cake batter.

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

Grease and lightly flour bundt pan

In a medium mixing bowl whisk flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a mixer bowl whisk eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salted caramel for about 3 minutes until well combined and creamy, then add dry ingredients on low speed.

Slowly add half and half, then milk to mixture until well combined.

Poor batter evenly into bundt pan bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until the center is not wet, test with toothpick.

Let stand and cool completely before piping salted caramel over top.

In a piping bag put remaining salted caramel and pipe over top to your desire.
